Obidos hotel

Hello everyone, as a follow up to my prior question, does anyone have any experience with The literary hotel? It has some great reviews but some really bad ones as well. Additionally I'm curious if there is an event on the night of Oct. 7, as several hotel are showing as sold out. Any insight on either question will be very much appreciated.
