Red flags in exe file from ankergames

So i got palworld from ankergames. This site is listed on the megathread and thus a reliable place. There is a file named steamunloader.exe but virustotal is redflagging it 34/64, windows defender is flagging it and malwarebytyes is flagging it. Ive quarantined the file for now. I know that in some cracks this exe file is legit but the alarms in my mind are ringing that something is wrong here. Can ankergams then not be trusted or is this normal (likely not)
