[TOMT][cartoon][2000s]Looking for series on you tube — blonde mean girl + tiny brown bear who’s actually a cursed prince

I watched this on YouTube years ago (at the same time as watching Angel’s Friends). It was a series (multiple ~20-minute episodes) in English (might have been dubbed). Plot: a mean blonde girl falls in love with a prince and wants to marry him(also she is not human and could have magic????or be a doll or a fairy???) is followed everywhere by a tiny brown bear. The bear won’t tell her who he is but is trying to teach her to be kind. She’s annoyed by him; she doesn't know it but the bear is the prince in his cursed form). Over time she becomes kinder. Any ideas?
