Got rear ended - they got a ticket.

As the title says. It sucks. Onstar called me immediately. Called the cops for me. The driver was totally distracted. 2006 Honda CRV.

It was at around 35ish MPH. Waiting to exit.

Its a lease. Will this be totaled? No airbags and it can still drive. Surprisingly everything works well including sensors and cameras. The trunk and the latch mechanisms are bent obviously.

Anyone have any ideas on what this means on a lease? GM financial will work with my insurance?

Filed the claim. Just wondering how long this will all take. Totally bummed. Drive it about 3k miles.
