Mobile Charger Problem and Service Center

we have a 2023 model 3 and been noticing the mobile charger been giving issues. Today it will not charge the car at all. Got flashing red light on the T. and Charger dosent open the door anymore. I did the basic troubleshooting steps.

unplugging from the 15-40 plug, cooling it down, cleaning the port, etc. Swapped out the adapter to plug in the 120v outlet, lowered the amps

The charger is still under warranty since I ordered it when I bought the car.

Here is my issue, I put in the service request on the app and it gave me a date to take the car to the service center 18 days away.

How am I gonna charge the car or drive the car to the service center when it is at 50% right now.

Should I call tesla and explain to them? Order a backup mobile charger?

This is the first issue we had with the tesla after 2 years
