Looking for Guidance for Bank Account

I have a reimbursement and saving account with Axis which has been inactive for more than 2 years and i dont have access to netbanking. I got the mail from axis that they will be closing the reimbursement account and will send the Demand Draft on my address. Currently i'm not in India. My question is will they still send DD if the account has been inactive for long.
