Audi TT mk 1 high pitch noise when ignition is on

Tech Support

Hello! I just bought an audi tt mk1 with Bose system. It had already installed an aftermarket 16 pin Kenwood radio. I bought an aftermarket 1 DIN navigation who also has an 16 pin connection, all i did was redo the wiring because from the kenwood 16 pin got kind of old and just redo on the navigatios one. The kenwood didnt make any kind of noise but the new navigation when i put ignition on, i dont even have to start the engine it starts making an high pitch noise and when i start the engine it gets even worse than that. But if I turn off the ignition and keep the keys in so that the radio remains running with the speakers i dont get any noise and the speakers work great. Now my question is: Why does it do this if the wiring remained basically the same? Ill leave some photos with the wiring.
