Not Going to Sleep, Weird Insect in the Kitchen!

EW. Thankfully my brother got rid of it, but I'm still freaking out and wondering if there are more or something. Heard rustling in a bag of bananas, saw this...THING and stayed the hell away until he showed up. By then, it had gotten out of the bag and was on a surface, still as anything. I've never seen anything like it; it looked like wood with some white thread bits on it. Anyway, it might be gone, but I have to sleep in the living room which is right by the open kitchen so......wish me luck 🤢 I'm useless with insects
