Career Path for Project Controller / Quantity Sruveyor

Hello. I've been working for total of 9 years with 6 years exp in MPF Cost engineering and 3 years as consultant project controls. Currently been employed in local Ph company. Never nagka experience to work abroad since wala pa din opportunities. Any tips naman jan saan career path or company maganda pasukan since after all these working years is not really high pa din yung salary. Nakaka sad lang since most local Ph engineers are underpaid.
