Current State of US de minimus and tariffs?

I've seen most of the posts re de minimus to have been posted before before 8/29. I understand that the courts issued a stay while waiting to hear the tariffs case, so the de minimus should be in place.

Is it even worth trying to order a handbag right now? Are established, trusted sellers shipping to the US and are you waiting or still ordering?
