Which to wear

I have a work dinner this coming week that is formal. Trying to decide which watch to wear. I have my black suit with a gray shirt and black tie. Figured my best bet is the Seastar with stainless bracelet (black and gray gradient dial) or my Gentleman with the blue dial. What’s y’all’s opinion on best look?
