MUSCLE RELAXERS

Hello everyone and thanks for reading. I have been suffering from chronic vertigo since March 2025, which I believe to be due to cervical kyphosis / straight neck. It's gotten better but I still have bouts of vertigo with certain neck movements. I am thinking that the issue is my SCM muscle tension because radio frequency ablation and occipital nerve blocks did nothing.

Anyway my neurologist prescribed tizanidine to help me sleep at night and it really was amazing at first but now it's not helping me sleep. It also makes me pretty drowsy during the day.

I'm looking for a muscle relaxer that actually works but doesn't make me tired of drowsy so that I can do my job.
