Weird jumps

Basically, my nurtured male cat (2y) does not have any behaviour issues. He seems healthy, has a lot of energy and likes to be petted but is not a lap cat.

He meows quite a lot but always on the same tone when asking for attention but there’s one type of meow that is quite different. He does this when I’m against a wall looking at the floor and he’s beneath me. He starts to wiggle his tail and then jumps really high touching my face while he meows. He touches my without his claws and then just goes along with his day like it didn’t happen.

This seems quite a unique behaviour and I was trying to understand why he does it. I hope you could help me. Thanks.
