Is it wired for a 13 year old to date a 15 year old?

So in 15 (M) and I have been talking to this guy who is 13 (M). When we started talking he instantly showed that he was VERRYYY interested and I have never really had someone react to me like that. My mates have told me about how he had plans to ask me out and stuff like that and I would like to go along but I’m not sure with the age gap (I was born 2010, he was born 2011).

Although I have made sure to keep it in mind that I would NEVER do anything sexual until we are both older, that’s if we even get together.

Another question, if we did date would kissing be wired?
