Tesla service center is not able to replicate the issue

Model Y

My car had always leaked water from the lift gate. Took it in a couple times but it still leaks when I wash my car or rains or snows. Took it in again the third time yesterday and this is what they said about it. "Technician removed the interior liftgate panel and sat inside to watch for water while another technician sprayed with a hose and no water entered the vehicle. Technician adjusted the liftgate bump stops to create a tighter seal on the liftgate. Closure seals are intended to keep rain out of the vehicle. If high pressure spray, or an excessive amount of water is used it could breach the seals."

I mean, a car is not supposed to leak when there's natural elements. And if you can't replicate the issue that I am experiencing, that doesn't mean that there's no issues at all. What do you guys think about this? And how do you think I should proceed?
