[TOMT] A show or webtoon about stealing baby hearts

My friend and I both remember a show or a webtoon/tapas comic where there is a villian character who takes the hearts of i think babies to survive because they have some disease that kills the heart quickly. We cannot remember what it was or any character names or other details. But I definitely remember it.
