Red thing and white thing inside of nose

19, Male. These things appeared after a night in which I started feeling a slight pain whenever I touched the point of my nose.

They’ve been there for 2 days now, no changes that I noticed since then

Size and color remained the same, but the slight pain is now gone. Mucus is unchanged, no blood, no odd smell, no odd color, no unusual secretion

No unusual sneezing or coughing. They are located only on the left side of the nose, right side is normal

Friend said it could be an allergy, but my enviroment and diet haven’t changed much since I was born. I have no habit of smoking, no one that I’m close with does

Being the paranoid person that I am, my theory is that this could be a tumor, however I’d like to get more opinions before giving my whole family a death scare
