Help!

Internet friends, my husband has decided he’s ready to ditch the Apple Watch. I’d like to get him a replacement for Christmas. There are a few criteria but I truly have no idea where to start- I know nothing of men’s watches.

1. durability- he works as a field claims adjuster so it needs to be able to take some dings without damage
2. I would like perpetual motion
3. I’ve got a few hundred to spend but I’d like to try and keep it around or under $300
