how to sue an airline

Discussion

hi. so two months ago i flew on frontier from denver to sioux falls and had a “mishap”. i am disabled and had a suitcase to carry on. i walked on to the plane as a flight attendant was standing like right behind my row. she watched me struggle to even get it off the ground, and then just stared at me. as im lifting it, i feel a pop in my spine. i eventually got it into the bin but i’ve been severely hurting ever since. i recently had imaging done and in that event, a vertebrae im my spine slipped forward, causing a lifelong condition and the major likelihood of spinal surgery, on top of the ones i’ve already had due to other conditions. it’s really unlikely that this is related to my other conditions. this feel negligent to me. can i sue them for this? i’m already out $3k on imaging and more on missing work due to pain and appointments.
