[Peppa Pig]best friends apparently dressed up as the axis from WWII

In the episode where the kids all dress up as countries, Zoe Zebra and Rebecca rabbit dress up as Japan and Germany. In another episode, it is said that they are best friends. This could've been intended by the writers or it's just a coincidence. I'm just gonna assume these two characters are fascists.
