How to turn ARMOUR into DAMAGE

Hello fellow poe gamers, I want to make an armour build and I believe I'll be able to get a lot of armour, but I was wondering if there is any way to deal damage with armour, or buff my damage with it? I have checked the skill tree and wiki and have found that only the Refraction III gem scales with total armor to apply elemental exposure. Does anyone know any other methods to use armour for damage?
