Being left on hook

I understand finishing a gen when I am on my first hook and youre 95% done. I do not understand doing more gens when it's my first time being hooked and you leave me on the hook until I die. But, that's what I sign up for as a solo queue.

I'd be the bad guy if I stop being Captain Save-a-Hoe. Because honestly that is low-key my asshole survivor origin story if I ever become one. But, at the same time, I just can't help but put the team first. I swear I really want to put on a selfish build since I solo queue 90% of the time or maybe I should make new DbD friends and have a stable SWF.
