[TOMT][MANGA] Series about a boy raised on fallen colony by AI until found

Wouldn't be AI like you see it today. This series feels as old as yu yu hakusho. So imagine that style of computer.

The kid is pre-pubescent. There is little to no life on this planet to provide the boy food. Somehow the AI uses the still-working equipment to produce a big chunk of meat substitute. The way it looks and the way he eats is a lot like young Goku eating a piece of dinosaur tail. Or tongue, rather.

After some exposition, a human shows up, I think still with a lot of his space gear on. The AI the boy considers his mother asks the human to adopt the boy, and promptly dies.
