Travel agency open - but should I wait?

I have been using Finch for less than a month and just got the opportunity to travel. I have a few questions I couldn’t find the answers to:

1. Will I be able to decorate my tree house with the craft event decorations while I’m traveling?
2. Will I be able to earn and decorate with the Halloween Decorations that will hopefully come out next month if I’m traveling.
3. Clarification - someone mentioned that traveling back to the Finchie forest is the same as traveling to any other destination and therefore you have to wait for it to be available in the store, where does my birb sleep when they’re traveling?
4. When I come back to the Finchie Forest can I still use my “Paris” or “Rome” clothing and items or only while traveling?
