Patient attack as a sitter

A blind, fall risk patient got up and tried to fight me because he was requesting something I couldn’t provide at the moment. I tried to de escalate and get him to sit back down while actively being swung at. Another patient in the room came up from behind me and swung at the blind fall risk patient for trying to hit me. 🙄 Two other nurses were witness. I’ll have to be interviewed by state. What’s likely to happen? Will I lose my license over this? I’m actively in nursing school as well and worried what this will mean for me.
