Why game takes more to load when you are fighting a griefer?

I noticed that the game most of the time loads fast. Sometimes it takes longer, but most of the time entering my terrorbyte o Kotsaka is just a few seconds.

When I enter a vehicle it can stay as long as two minutes. They simple destroy the terrorbyte in that time and then you are on the streets.

Have you noticed this?
