wouldn't book genaro still shut down the park even if they managed to get it back on?

Anorld did what he could and managed to get the power in the park back on and the staff was trying to repair and get things under control but given what genaro said when he's introduced and that he saw first hand the problems within the park, I think if hammond survived, he'd shut the park down . Genaro was conquered at first by the park like the other but hten the problems appear (first with ellie noticing toxic plants and the dinosaurs were escaping, with a boat with raptors and I assume compys took the same way).
