Rude ica staff

I was curious to check out ICA for the first time while visiting Sweden, but instead of enjoying it, I ended up feeling uncomfortable.

Staff kept staring at me, and when I tried the self-checkout I was randomly selected for a bag check. The staff member who did it was rude and unfriendly.

To make it worse, there was even a dead wasp in the bakery display… not exactly appetizing.

This was at the biggest ICA in Örebro. Do Swedes usually have experiences like this at ICA, or did I just have bad luck?
