Housing codes.

I found a house model I liked and got the code. When I first tried to import it, it warned me about the animals and plants I already had on my island. I decided to do it later because I'd already reached the current limit (that damn 100 limit) and didn't want to lose any progress.

Anyway, I just found myself wondering if I have to be at a specific level of the construction skill to fully import it. I'm currently at level 4. Since this whole system is so new, I feel pretty lost.
