Do Kava/Kratom Extracts Help

I was tapering and found it easier to make a cut to my 7OH dose by taking 3-4 FF (Kava extract plus regular kratom.

I can’t take taping anymore. So, I took 3 7OH in the morning and took 7OH at night. Slept.

Now it’s nighttime again and I’m at 37 hours. Are theee shots holding me back? I’m planning on taking them tonight, and tomorrow night then quitting as I hear typically drop down from the 3rd day.

Would really appreciate some guidance. Thanks!
