Shinkansen Train Tickets

I used the Shinkansen EX app to purchase tickets from Tokyo to Shin-Kobe, but once I bought the tickets I don’t see what stations to go to, to actually board my train. Is it just the Tokyo station? Also what does the Nozomi 35 mean and how will I be able to find it?
