Losing my mind

Over the past few months, my memory has been significantly altered and I'm not sure how to bring it up to anyone. It started with just general dissociation, I would have problems remembering what I was doing or the direction I was headed, but I could track how I got from point A to B. Then it transpired into little blips of no memories. It was manageable, usually just a few minutes at a time.

Tuesday (I think, it's the only day where I tracked my steps), I started my usual walk at ~430, completely zoned out, and then came back to myself on the side of the road about five away, roughly 2 1/2 hours later. I have absolutely zero memory of getting there, but I know the route and I had to have crossed the interstate to get there.

I know that it's becoming a problem and I've been trying to find any triggers for these blackouts, but nothing tracks. Ive been losing several hours of my day now. I don't know how to bring this up without getting put in a hospital.
