Restricting Mods from Appearing in Game

Hello all,

I am wanting to know if this is possible...

My goal is to run a game where I use RimDark or Grimworld mods to achieve a playthrough where I create a pawn to represent the Emperor of Mankind (using superhero gene mod). But I want to prevent the content from those mods from appearing for other factions. I would like my faction to be the only one who has access to them, so no factions or traders would have lasguns, or Astartes armors or furniture etc.

Not sure if this is possible, with or without mods, any help would be much appreciated.

I have tried to do something similar and I didn't like how random factions just had astartes weapons or armors.
