I am in the wrong here? Read the body

So I have been trying to get rid of my appy iuh, and somebody wanted to buy, here is the convo. Genuinely asking, and just tell me if I was in the wrong, am I overpricing? So basically she/he asks to buy it, and I agree asking how much. They say 400k, and I ask if they are willing to go higher, since they normally go for 1 mil or more. She responds saying they don't, maybe in may, (idk what she meant by that). Its a buckskin snowcap appy, neon purple hair.
