MA rating question

Hi all. For those playing in AU the rating is MA which means 15+

I have a younger son who plays Fortnite etc but I’m trying to work out if this will be inappropriate for him. Other than the cartoon violence what else is bad in the game that gives it a higher than M rating?

Bad language or sexual themes etc?

Thanks in advance
