Should I tell him everything?

To men, I need your perspective on this. So before me and my boyfriend dated, we were in the same circle of friends so he has an idea on my background and when we did date, I have mentioned that I have tried ONS, and FWB set-up. I didn't specify everything. Last night, I suddenly thought about what made him like me despite knowing that (as my previous ex was really aggressive towards knowing everything about my past like details and such, but it always ends in us fighting and him calling me a s***). To be very specific, I have a body count of 14 (my current partner is the 14th), with 4 of them from previous relationship. I also test myself regularly even when I'm in a relationship as I am a healthcare worker. I'm just wondering if I should tell him everything like how many I had? He never asked din kasi and even about my past relationships di naman siya nagtatanong but he does let me talk about it if may sinasabi ako. To men, if you're in a relationship with a girl would you still be interested in knowing their body count?
