Should I pursue MBA?

I’m 24 years old and have about three years of experience in cybersecurity engineering. My company offers tuition reimbursement (not a crazy amount per year) and I have been looking to do one of these online MBA programs to fast track into tech management. I’ve been looking at Oklahoma state online MBA as it is ranked high and has a graduate certificate in Engineering & Tech Management that can get woven into the degree. For this particular program I wouldn’t pay a cent. I guess I’d like to hear other people’s thoughts/if they started their programs this young.
