Serious question: Did Nakayama get blacklisted from the industry?

Despite having a promising career and getting to work as a Main Director for the first time in such a high-profile production like CSM, since then it looks like his career has come to a complete standstill.

After leaving MAPPA, he has gotten ZERO notable work, with him doing odd jobs like commercials, music videos, NFTs, a Roblox game and two anime OPs

Did he get blacklisted? someone who worked on such a high profile production and with a rising career having to pick up those kinds of work seems bizarre.
