Help migrating to Windows 11 before the deadline (z390 Aorus Ultra)

Hi there, due to circumstances beyond my control I’ve not been able to touch my PC for a good few years I’m now being blocked from switching to Windows 11 as it says I need enable TPM 2.0, I’m on Bios version F10h (19/01/2021) and I’m scared of bricking it if I (have to) flash forward. Any advice or recommendations would be great as I’ve hardly used this Pc and it runs so smoothly at present :(
