How do you treat gastric erythema? 35M

I’m 35M in Illinois. Hispanic. I’ve been drinking heavily for the past few years and decided to tone it down.

I’ve had stomach issues, GI doctor did an endoscopy to see if H Plyori is eradicated, it was, results came back as negative as well with Celiac disease. My stomach is inflamed, I guess it’s called gastric erythema.

How do I treat it? I tone down the alcohol, is there any way to reduce the swelling or will it go away naturally?
