Speed: How to hide ur high?

So ive done meth for almost 7 years, by this time my family always realizes that im high on meth no matter what i say, they check my bpm, my blood presure,etc Yeah they are a little over protective.

im 6 months sober from meth, the thing is that i really need drugs to feel like alive or som shit like that i dunno.

So i was wondering, if i get speed not meth i mean amph sulphate, how hard is to hide that u are on speed, is it similar to meth?,
