KC135 MPRS not deploying basket in single player

I don’t really do air to air refueling but for a video I’m making I need some footage of me behind the basket. I am in the F14A and have configured my plane properly and asked for intent to refuel but no basket is dropped. When I asked my AI wingman to refuel it worked for him but when I gave it another shot it just wouldn’t deploy the basket. Bug? Error on my part?
