Icue not working

I have recently purchased a H80i GT AIO and I cannot get the icue software to pick it up.

I have tried pretty much everything I have found in forums and posts on the internet and nada.

Reinstalled the software Reinstalled the cable Tried a external cable to the back of the mobo Turning of fast boot Changing the selective usb power in power control Deleting possible conflicting rgb software Re seating all cables

Any help would be great help.
