Painful, swollen finger with pus under nail after manicure?

35F. I went to get a gel manicure 5 days ago and now my pinky is swollen, throbbing in pain and with what I think is a little bit of white pus coming from underneath the nail.

What is it and what do I do? Can antibiotics fix it?
