It feels so lonely

I am 27 years old and I practically have no friends left anymore. I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, OCD at the age of 14 and since then there has been lots of ups and down. Never been able to stick to a social circle. Living alone was much easier but with it came crippling loneliness, can't connect with anyone, except couple of friends who are now married, I can't call anyone a friend anymore only lots of acquaintances. Its not like I am not sociable, in fact people get shocked looking how easy I talk with strangers or socialize with strangers and make new friends but nothing ever sticks. Would really appreciate some company if you would like to talk or can use a text buddy or something.
