Does anyone also hear a high-pitched ringing tone around 7th and Grant/Governors Park area?

I’ve been hearing an almost constant annoying high pitched tone sound being emitted from somewhere. Has been going on for at least a week, can even hear it inside when I have my windows closed. Any idea what this is??
