Lower right quadrant pain

Other

Over a week ago I started experiencing lower right quadrant pain on day four. I noticed it was getting worse and went to the emergency room thinking it could be appendicitis. They did a CT in labs. CT came back negative for appendicitis but lymph nodes showed swollen Labs came back normal other than white blood cell count just slightly elevated at like a 10.25. they did not believe it was appendicitis at the time and told me to follow up. My primary Care went to my doctor about 2 days later and he believes it could be caused by the lymph nodes being swollen. But now at over a week out pain has increased and it hurts worse when sitting or straining and it is a throbbing sharp pain. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. What are your thoughts?
