Vanguard on Windows 10

Hello everyone. My pc died after a blackout so I'm using an old one until I can replace it. I installed league but it doesn't let me play and shows an error due to PTM 2.0 being disabled. The thing is the motherboard is a ASUS H61m-k and doesn't have PTM 2.0 so there's no way to enable it. If I install windows 10 will I be able to play or I'm gonna have the same issue? It's just temporary but since I can't run most games I used to play I just want to at least play league until I can get a new computer.
