[Frost Blades Champion] Looking for any advice to improve my build

Build: https://poe.ninja/poe1/profile/LegionPrime420-0458/character/Kurt_Cobain_POV

My damage against bosses and single targets feels really low looking for any advice on how to improve it, since my current build is basically just bashing colourful rocks together and praying something works.
