Earbud recommendation for -50€

Hi! I'm looking for a recommendation on earbuds.

I work in a car factory and there's a LOT of noise. We are allowed to wear only ONE airbud at a time, what I do is, every break (1h30/2h) I change the side so my ear can rest.

Since I use some unbranded extremely cheap ones, I go full volume (since they have no sound isolation) and that can't be good for my ears in the long run LMAO.

And lately I only use the left one because the right one sounds worse.

So, obviously, I want to upgrade this.

I'm looking for earbuds with noise isolation so I can listen to the music in that one ear fine without going to max volume, long battery life (or at least in the case, since I exchange sides every 2h) and ear support cuz they can't fall under ANY circumstance, and for some reason normal earbuds fall really easily from my ears.

My maximum budget is 50€, they are just to use at work, I use over the ear headphones outside of work.
